Sam's Birthday at the Maris Farms

Okay, so once again I'm behind with my posts to The Bocks blog! For Sam's 7th birthday, we headed to the pumpkin patch at Maris Farms. We had a blast and did everything from picking out pumpkins to riding in a monster truck to watching pig races! Yee Haw! What a day! Love you all!

Noah's First Birthday

Okay, so I know this post is a little after the fact, but I could not pass up the chance to show off our little monkey! Noah had a wonderful birthday and here's a few pics to prove it!

Camping

In August we went camping with my brother, Dave. Yes, tent camping! We had a great time setting up camp and exploring our surroundings. We camped near Mt. St. Helens and spent one day checking out the mountain. We hiked into Spirit Lake where we had a great view of the volcano. Noah was a great little camper and Sam enjoyed every minute, especially when it came time to wear his headlamp at night. We had an awesome campground, if you ever decide to camp near Mt. St. Helens check out Iron Creek Campground.

The Bocks start their summer!

Hello! Well, with Chris officially done with residency and not starting his position with FHS until Aug. 11th, we are now on summer break! Dave and Debbie have been here a week now and will stay until the middle of July. It's awesome having the grandparents around, we are all enjoying their company! We will head to Fresno this summer to for a long over due visit with family and friends. Sam has learned to skateboard under the tutelage of his Uncle Dave and will go to a skateboard camp the end of August. Noah is crawling all over the place and starting to pull himself up, watch out! I am enjoying my summer off and time with my family!

Update on the Bocks

Okay, it's been awhile since I have last updated our blog! Life has been crazy! Where do I start? Well, how about Noah. Noah is now 7 months, rolling all over the place, sitting up, grabbing everything he can get his hands on, and is the happiest baby on earth. He also adores his big brother! Sam is on spring break. He can now ride his bike without training wheels and tie his own shoe laces! He accomplished this all within 24 hours over his mid-winter break in February. He is his usual energetic self and loves having a little brother! Chris has signed with the Franciscan Health System and will officially start at the end of August. He graduates at the beginning of July and will have about six weeks off before starting his job. I am so proud of him! We are finally here! I am on spring break along with Sam and enjoying the week off to recoup. Enjoy the pics!

We had a white Christmas with the Bock side of the family this year. Dave, Debbie, Greg, and Julie managed to fly up during a break in the winter storm we had been having. We had a blast! It was wonderful to have the family all together for Christmas this year. Santa was good to everyone, especially Sam! Christmas morning Sam's comment was..."How does Santa know me so well?"
